Enable Windows Vista /7 administrative share

Use REGEDIT to add the following key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
DWORD key name "LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy"
Value: 1

Set value to 0 or delete the key to disable
